AD SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
- pen and scale agency business to gain larger spends within the marketing budgets of large marketing agencies in India
- Establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders – Commercial teams, Digital leads and Media planners within the Agency-Region specific teams
- Build strong 1:1 relationship with agency personnels and understand the spends across objectives, channels, and scope potential for PhonePe Ads
- Drive awareness for PhonePe Ads offerings within the agencies through roadshows, workshops and account depth discussions
- Deliver on the revenue target by establishing business development rigors & feedback loops for product on outcomes delivered & scope of further business.
- Handle outbound sales (hard/push sales) according to the business needs to penetrate the new accounts and new business lines deeper.

- Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for understanding client needs, conveying the value of advertising solutions, and building strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Ad sales often involve negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and deliverables. Strong negotiation skills are crucial for reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency in using CRM tools to track and manage client interactions, sales activities, and lead generation is important for efficient sales processes.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide valuable insights to clients and position your advertising solutions effectively.
- Understanding of Media Platforms: Familiarity with various media channels (online, print, broadcast, social media) and their advertising opportunities is important for matching clients with the most suitable platforms.
