RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting inspections of all functions within ADP Section to ensure conformance to ADP standards.
- Organizing and directing ADP Section to ensure that continuous control is exercised over driving permits in a compliant way.
- ADP Section budget estimates and ensuring proper control over expenditure in line with approved budget on condition that driving standards and compliance is maintained.
- Ensuring that a Quality Management System and departmental procedures are in place and being followed.
- Representing the ADP Section in meeting with airside operators and ensuring that Follow – up actions are taken in respect of issues raised.
- Attend Airport Safety Meeting with airside operators and ensuring that Follow – up actions pertaining to ADP issues are taken.
- Conducting internal meetings with proper minutes maintained.
- Training of operators’ Trainers for basic airside driving.
- Monitoring Theoretical and Physical testing for issue of ADPs.
