Eligibility Criteria
In Adarsh Nivasi Schools, new students in classes 9 to 12 have to apply online only. Necessary certificates along with application also have to be uploaded online.
Old students of class 9 and class 11 who were studying in the previous year in that ideal residential school, after admitting them to class 10 and class 12 in the current year, only if the space is available considering the capacity of the building, from class 9 to class .12 Freshers applying online who wish to get admission will be given merit based admission.
Students have to apply online to get admission in class-11 after the mark sheet is issued by the Gujarat Secondary Board after the result of 10th.
A student applying for admission must have secured at least 50% marks in the annual examination of the class subsequent to the class in which he is to be admitted.
In case of girls students who have secured 45% or more marks can apply.
Annual income of father/guardian of student Rs. Students not exceeding 6 lakhs can apply.
60% seats are reserved for socially and educationally backward classes, 15% for economically backward classes, 12.5% for scheduled castes, and 12.5% for scheduled castes in Adarsh Niwasi School, taking into account the capacity of the building. Also, 5% of the total capacity of the building will be reserved for the disabled. 10% of the approved number of students from socially and educationally backward classes will be given priority for admission.
How to Apply Adarsh Nivasi Shala Admission 2024-25
Students have to apply online at https://esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in after receiving the mark sheet of class-10 .
Those who have already got admission and want to get admission in another ideal residential school can also apply.
After applying online, the provisional merit list will be published on the online portal.
After publication of name in Provisional Merit List will be informed through SMS/E-Mail for verification of original certificates.
Finally, the students secured in Provisional Merit will be admitted to the concerned ideal residential school based on the details mentioned in the certificate.
