Educational Criteria:
Agniveer (General Duty – GD):
Candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) with at least 45% overall marks and 33% in each subject. Equivalent qualifications from any recognized board/institution are also acceptable. For further information, refer to the official recruitment notice.
Agniveer (Technical):
Applicants should have cleared the 12th (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English scoring a minimum of 50% in total and at least 40% in each subject. Alternatively, candidates with a 10th pass certificate plus ITI in relevant trades or those holding a 2 or 3-year diploma in related fields are also eligible.
Agniveer (Office Assistant / Store Keeper Technical):
A 12th pass in any stream with 60% aggregate marks and 50% in each subject is required. Additionally, scoring 50% in English and Maths/Accounts/Bookkeeping in Class 12 is compulsory.
Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Pass):
Matric pass or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board is required. No overall percentage needed, but a minimum of 33% in each subject is essential.
Agniveer Tradesmen (8th Pass):
Minimum qualification is 8th pass or its equivalent. Like above, there’s no overall percentage requirement, but 33% in each subject is mandatory. Please check the official notice for detailed eligibility conditions.
