Eligibility Criteria:
i) Qualification: LLB
ii) Certificate of Enrollment as an Advocate from the Bar Council.
iii) Experience at the Bar handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
iv) An unconditional willingness/agreement to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.
v) Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocates.
vi) A minimum of 10 years of experience as an advocate with experience in handling criminal matters is required to be considered an advocate for the CBI Special Public Prosecutor.
Eligible and interested candidates should submit a complete application in the prescribed format along with the required documents through an online link. Applications submitted offline will not be considered.
Submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. All the verification will be done in due course.
