1.Understanding financial statements, credit reports, and risk assessment to evaluate loan applications and assess borrowers’ creditworthiness.
2.Deep understanding of various home loan products, their features, eligibility criteria, and interest rates.
3.Staying updated with regulatory requirements and ensuring all loan processing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, address their queries, and provide assistance throughout the loan application process.
5.Ability to lead a team of loan officers and support staff, delegating tasks, setting targets, and ensuring efficient workflow.
