• Age should be 16 to 60 to apply this scheme
• Annual income of the applicant should be 1,20,000 if he lives in village and 1,50,000 if he lives in city and the proof of income has to be submitted to the municipal officer.
• The benefits of this scheme will be given to the economically disadvantaged people
• The scheme is also open to widows and disabled people.
